Application Review Process

We review applications daily for all events. While many applications are seen quickly, please allow 2–3 days for a full review by our committee before a final decision (approved or waitlisted) is made.

Our goal is to curate the best possible experience for our fans. Because of that, we are selective and evaluate each applicant based on several key factors, including:

• Quality of Presentation (booth setup, display, professionalism)
• Proven Track Record as a dealer or exhibitor
• Product Fit with the event and audience
• Uniqueness & Variety of offerings
• Past Experience with our shows (when applicable)

We aim to feature the best of the best to ensure a strong, well-balanced show floor.
